Easy, we get a snap up of one percent more than Delta after they snap up. Or 2 percent over AA’s new rates.

UA needs to include WN in the 'snap up" equation. If they pay their pilots more than our 737, it not only bumps up the 73, but all the other fleets too.

My points are twofold.

1) Our CEO has so little respect for us he couldn’t wait until after our vote to say that Delta’s profits would double this year. Right after constantly complaining we were asking for too much.
Delta vote isn’t over…it could still be voted down if people didn’t like what EB said.

2) The United pilots can achieve $500 million more than the Delta pilots did and it won’t even make a dent in United massive profits.

Ensuring you attain the Delta pilots profits sharing is a must. It lessens the pain when we all realize we settled for far too little.
United Airlines Holdings Inc annual net income for 2022 was $0.737B. DAL's TA is a $2.0B increase annually in book value - how would a hypothetical $2.5 B increase in UAL Pilot Contract book
value not make a dent in United massive profit? It doesn't just make a dent, it consumes most or all projected net income for next 3 years. Which may be the cost of doing business for SK (and is fine with me) - but
to categorize DAL's ask as trivial to bottom line at UAL is the reason why the First Amendment rocks!

You don't understand how this works. UAL had 2 horrible quarters do to COVID finishing up. Expect to break all profit records in future. That's 2.5b is broken up over years. 3rd , they put a few extra dollars on each Tix.
Done!

SK is already on the record as basically saying customer ticket costs due to inflation will cover our next contract or the increases in our next contract is probably more accurate
