Anne has more unionism in one fingernail than the combined band of union dictators and grifters that you support. Sadly, you’re blinded by tribal politics and are willing to torpedo the process for your ideological benefit vs what is right.

Same here.

An inability to control your schedule on days off for things like doctors appointments and family get-togethers planned months in advance is an immediate no vote from me.

It obviously still smarts that this band of self-serving a-holes got sooo close to the holy grail of non-flying jobs only to have the rug yanked out by people like AW. Kharma really is a b.

Exactly. If we continue with our reassignment language, decreasing flexibility on reserve will require more pilots on widebody fleets and thereby improve seniority for most fleets in turn. Reserve rules affect lineholders too.

Have you written that to your LEC rep? Because that’s not being negotiated according to the last position report; only “incentives” to prevent it. I’m still dumbfounded that there is nothing regarding min-lvls and g-line manipulation. Looks like it will be the same old scheduling framework as far as drops/trades and high LPAs.

Just looking from afar but seriously nobody is addressing min levels ? Uhhh if you don't have that pre sorted out when the month begins there's no point then in anything regarding reserve, ability to drop etc etc etc. Tell me your joking....
Without min reserve levels already capped for ex I believe it's 75% has to be green at the beginning of a bid period the company can just move that number to anything they want any day anytime. At that point who cares about extra pay or getting scheduled into an off day. It matters but it's kinda moot.

FWIW, I think only Spirit has that 75% rule. But no, that is not in the works here.

I mean without exactly that 75% or 65% or whatever without any hard number UA can just manipulate the reserve levels daily and your back at square 1. Boggles my mind how this isnt simply priority numero uno.
