I think IAH has 1 or 2 more bids like this. Once the new hires (less then a year on property) can start going to class and they begin to lap the process you will see the stagnation. I also asked in charm school before the IAH growth what the plan was for IAH with respect to United Next. The numbers we are at is where they wanted to be (approximately 750 crews on 737 and 200 on Airbus, wide bodies depended on to many things to offer any approximate numbers). There will be some movement but nothing like this unless then find even with the contract provision in the UPA23 they still can’t meet demand then we will see additional crews being offered in hubs with unbalanced flying (ie flying block hours for EWR, SFO, and DEN out of IAH)

WB CA DOH is wildly different depending on if you were sUAL or sCAL. Currently the junior WB CA is an SFO based 777 CA who's sUAL. She was hired 3/99 but sandwiched around are sCAL hires from 11/06.

by oct 2025 anyone with 6400 seniority could be a reserve WB captain
23 787s should arrive by then if Boeing does not screw up again
150 787s from 9/2024 ( small delay there , thanks Boeing ) to 5/2032 firm orders unless some drastic happens
