It is Monday Morning...
That landing was sketch, probably should have done a GA sooner when the oscillations started.
Looks like they decided the rwy distance remaining wasn't looking good on the roll-out, and executed a GA. That was a probably a good call.
Hopefully, the TR's weren't deployed, that's obviously a big no-no and quite often results in a wreck in the lights and antennas off the far end. I'm pretty sure I do see TR's out, but hard to tell for sure.

Don't know the 767 systems, but it looks to me like no spoilers deployed on the first touchdown. Good call to go around and figure it out airborne...
Definitely A LOT more to the story than what's shown.

Until a procedure change many years ago arming the spoilers was optional on the 767. Many pilots did not arm the spoilers as they deployed automatically when reverse thrust was selected. Made for a much smoother landing. It would be unusual to prevent reverse thrust selection if spoilers were not deployed however perhaps United's engine type has differences.

Man, that's some incredible footage. Viewing the video on my phone I can't tell, but when watching it in 4K on my Apple Studio Display, I can see the Reversers and Groud Spoilers (left wing) begin to deploy 33 seconds into the video.
Having made a late decision to reject a landing once before in my career, I can say with confidence that lessons were learned that day and both pilots now have a couple more gray hairs on their heads. Kudos to the crew for acting with enough time to safely get their airplane back into the air before the end of the runway.
