Vacancy 26-05

I’ll say, folks today will be staring at 3-5 year upgrade dependent base with EWR/SFO being on the shorter side and other bases (except MCO) on the longer side of the scale…
Pilots hired later than 2022 will have a hard time holding NBCA in most bases today.

True. The difference in NBCA seniority between bases is pretty wild when you look at DEN/SFO/EWR vs IAD/IAH and whatnot. You might be around 60% in one and not be able to touch the other. At least from what it seems, with more senior people now deciding to jump on CA slots, this should start to normalize.
Also, I mention IAD/IAH because they're both more senior and have construction projects on new concourses that should in theory lead to more jobs being created there when they get done.

NBCA - low 70s
WBFO - mid 60s
WBCA - mid 20s
This is combined SFO numbers from several recent bids - some had more of one category than the other. How long it will take to reach X% system seniority varies a lot.
