You do know that reference was towards Pierce? If I were you, I'd worry about the impact the Pierce trade of 767 grievance/PS is going to have on SLI. I understand the way the grievance was worded and Pierce surrendering it would likely have a negative impact on you guys. You should look at that! Don't worry about the "tin hats".

Let you in on a HUGE secret Dex....
The SLI is a "lil-ditty" that follows something called a JCBA. You may want to save your energy/focus on that....NOT attempting to police the 'other sides' perceived 'negative impacts' on it's OWN future SLI implications. However, we on the L-CAL side appreciate your concern on such the topic
Food for thought.....Without those 'four' ratified letters-JCBA, we will NOT be seeing anything by way of an SLI as the letter of the law presently stands.

So Wendys video explaining why she was not running for re-election that was released months ago was about Jay Pierce? RIGHHHHHTTTT... how about the shooting of JFK? Pierce I assume. Your lack of ability to look in the mirror and hold your own LEC's responsible is truly astounding.
Wendy is doing fine - she had your boys number long before he acted. Hard to keep a thief from stealing. If you expect to go forward you need to accept responsibility. Look at the bright side, you have a bonus to buy yourself a new ROLEX.

As a UAL pilot, I'm not a fan of the method that Capt Pierce chose to obtain profit sharing for the CAL pilots (which I'm glad they get BTW). However, to suggest that Capt Morse had some path to a JCBA is the joke of the year. The reason we DON'T have a JCBA is because Capt Morse totally dorked up the handling of our involvement with the DOJ at the beginning of this merger. To suggest that if Capt Pierce had acquiesced to the UAL MEC's preferred method of dealing with profit sharing we would be on the doorstep of a new contract is WAY out in left field. We might have an extended TPA, but it's RIDICULOUS to think we'd have a JCBA. Come on....
