I don't know, Staller. We're talking about airline rankings and now it's honor vs shame. Seems like it happens a lot on these boards. It's like the guy who brings politics or religion into every conversation (e.g. ChrisJT6 post #151) whether you were talking about sports or restaurants or flying.

You may be right, but I still think the current UAL group is capable.

I don't know anyone who voted out of "Fear". I guess the fear narrative makes you guys feelers superior.

That picture says it all, he with "18 YEARS LONGEVITY".

A picture of the desert with Jurassic Jets parked. That is where all UAL's B747-400, B767-300, B757-200, and some of the B777 are going to be parked in 5 years with nothing to take there place.

What part of this picture can't you see?

After SLI is complete, any aircraft that leaves the property affects us all. I don't think that the snapshot will look at 5 years down the road nor will the arbitrators consider airplane orders...not a single arbitration award in SLI history has given airplanes not on the tarmac at the time of the merger any weight...

For starters, I can't see the sUAL 50 firm orders (with 100 options) for widebody aircraft starting in less than, oh, 5 years in that picture. Coincidence?

I also don't see the replacements for the 757-222s in that picture, but the sUAL 737-900ER deliveries start in just a few months (August) so those photos should be forthcoming.
