Until you add in the 16% B-fund contribution for UAL, then its less.....

Have a nice day.
First and foremost, you need to step back and take a breath........

Stating the obvious, emotions have/will run high through this process. With that said, often times things will be "expressed" that boarder, or cross the line. If you're going to take time to cite "inappropriate comments" via the recent phase 6 integration, how about referring to Joe Peck's post directed at me back in mid-March of this past year?? Am I to construe his words a "Physical Threat" in how he scribed his intentions?? Just a guess, I'm sure physical threats are something most companies/society have frowned upon much longer than recent Phase 6 confines.

I give credit to "Hoss", AKA Airhose, for bending my ear (Yep, a guy from "across the isle"), and by way gave me a 'talking to" concerning the situation at hand mentioned above. He put it into prospective when we spoke......much appreciated my friend.

Bottom line......We need to police ourselves and keep it in check. I guarantee this is not the first, and probably not the last.

Thing is, were not back in the 60's. That kind of attitude and statement is SO out of step with the times, it points to an underlying inappropriate attitude and belief system that is incompatible with society. I really don't think "Charm School" can change a bigot. Just saying.

Old UAL B756 12 yr CA rate $158.94:

Lineholder MPG 65 hours x 158.94 = $10,331.10 + (16% B/C) $1652.98

= $11984.08

Old CAL B737 12 yr CA rate $169.33:

Lineholder MPG 72 hours x 169.33 = $12,191.76 + (12.75% B) $1554.45

= $13,746.21

Biff-
Talk to him "mono y mono" on a Private Message and hash it out, better served there.....After all, you're probably not gonna be much more productive doing otherwise on the topic. Talk about the beef/iron it out/and walk on. Gotta coexist to survive in this Merger.

Suggestions brother.....All I have to give.

So I'm guessing you're saying that a 737 is a widebody too, just like the 757, per the Continental expert witness on Monday

You guys are wasting your time arguing here about the SLI. It is going to go to arbitration. Then it is completely out of your hands. If you can't come to an agreement yourselves then you are going to get hit with past precedence and right now that looks like relative seniority by equipment type. Also the standard has been set that if you don't bring a seat to the dance, i.e. being on furlough, then you go to the bottom.

They will more than likely stovepipe your seniority lists then ratio merge them based on size. Since UAL has 747's they may add a fence on that aircraft.
