Absolutely right. The merger has become an acquisition. UAL+CAL got their cash infusion with the idea that the "JD Power" management would be in charge. They were wrong of course. JS doesn't know how to run an airline either. But with LUAL taking over UAL now will we all go right back to 2006? If we wait for 5 years to declare BK and then don't liquidate for another 3 years, I will be able to retire before the lights are turned out.

Yes I did, both sides.... Whats the matter have a problem? Posturing by both sides in my opinion.... Did a group group stand up to you? Get used to it buddy, looks like your beliefs go untrue. Looks like you thought we were going to roll over. Didn't happen did it? And your mad, too bad so sad .. I see two aggressive list proposals in which the arbitrators will decide.... Is it fair to say all UAL pilots are like you? I sure hope not....

One is realistic and will most likely be much closer to the actual final list the other is a pure and simple middle finger in the face of the whole process and the other pilot group. I'll let you use your powers of observation to establish which is which.

Look at the bright side, if we get anything that looks like the CAL list we get to have a new union.

There is thousands of numbers difference between the two list for me and where I would wind up. 5% is not the standard among the entire list presented by UAL and you should not present it like it is that way. I could reference the joke too but each side should ask for the moon and then see what the arbitrators decide. I think it will be more down to earth than the moon btw.
