You must not stay in a Crashpad with UAL/CAL crews or fly with UAL FOs. Inciting argument and fights in a crew room is JV but professional calling out someone whose *****ing about items such as no open time available right after they were bragging about their (and management's) 150hr month via there Senior Manning victory is not. Many of us have had zero difficulty and zero test of courage in speaking to Captains and FOs about our observations in a normal unemotional fashion.
Since I need schooling in toughness, can I come watch you chat with a Old Teamster in Newark about how scabs should be allowed to run your show? Please.

For the most part both pilot groups feel the same way about scabs, but how they are dealt with and how much they have been allowed to taint the culture is very different.
So I do understand that because you only know the CAL side that you think everything is fine and good, but those of us that have now experienced both sides don't see things that way.

And BTW way if you are going to be overly sensitive and get your little feelings hurt, you can't come to the gym and play. This is for serious tough slap fighters only, no mamma's boys allowed.
(That little wink means it's a joke. Since you somehow didn't get it last time I'll make sure and leave no doubt this time.)

Agree with hoss.
Scabs are NOT a part of our future.. They should NOT be a part of the discussion about our future.. That's all there is to be said about it..
I don't mind them and I work with some all the time. I will go to work and do my job, but wouldn't bring them into a professional discussion about the future of United.. I got 30 years to go (if I don't die before 65), most of which will hopefully be a fun time without all the oldtimers and their issues.

Do a search for the Tamkin Nicolau system board decision to see who the real person responsible for the fabrications made up in that injunction is.

You can't have a professional discussion with a scab on the property or anywhere else. They know what they've done they are guilty as charged they always have an excuse or a smart comment. End of conversation.

Hmmm,
I'm not sure "toughness" has anything to do with it. Is it really a good idea to bring up a firebrand issue like this that YOU KNOW is going to end up in a ****ing match in uniform at work while on camera? Really?
You guys do know that you are always being filmed just about ANYWHERE on company property right? That right there is a handy little piece of information to keep in mind BTW.
When I'm at work the last friggin thing in the world I want to do is have a ****ing match that may or may not include the intervention of a flight manager, making everybody around you uncomfortable, way to get your name out there genius. What the frick, over?
If you guys want to duke it out. I've got the place, I've got the release of liability forms. You just need to bring a mouth guard, cup, gloves and your big tough butt on over. I'll let you pound each other into submission under professional supervision. Or more likely, sneer, make pithy remarks and have a little slap fest before someone cries mommy and tries to sue.
Here is a film of two bad ashed pilot settling the score mano Y mano!

I've been trying to put it in words but this video REALLY sums up what I think about our two groups. Awesome.
