Katz did an awesome job exposing allot of creative adding mistakes with the UAL expert and at times taking him to school....Mr. (Matlock) Fruend was kind of quiet.... The Cal exhibits really quieted down the UAL expert, was fun reading his banter....I wonder if the sockless UAL rep was picking his toes today.....

Exhibits?
As in, all the newspaper articles Katz was quoting?
Dunno about you, but if my lawyer was relying on newspaper articles from authors that are not experts in airline financials or operations.......

Actually, the first thing they addressed was the CAL MEC case.
Here is a video of the rebuttal to CAL's proposal and case.
UAL MEC Opening statement refuting CAL case.

Nope not all of us. I still don't want them in the same union, but you have to hand it to thier group they always position themselves and are quite willing to go over the backs of others, like I said enjoy! What a joke of a union!
Think what you want I think ual guys are not going to be too happy when this is over.

2008, 2009, sure. But 2000?
They were just airlines that were just different classes based on a history and structure.
Q And, Mo, what's the time period on these exhibits?
A 2000 is the time period. And I picked 2000. I could have picked any year. It wouldn't have made much difference what year I picked. But I picked the year before the decade of turbulence in the industry, before 9-11. This was the -- as we started in 2000, we come through a relatively benign decade in the 1990s compared to what was lying ahead for the industry.
