There are lots of very junior lUAL pilots flying 320 FO. That was the smallest jet we had post merger. Many, if not most of them, are over 50. Late 90's to 9/11 we also hired a reasonable number of retired military guys. Some of these guys are pushing 60.

I am not sure of the age of the average lUAL pilot, but I would guess mid 50's.

Good guess. It was 54 as of a few months ago.

How long does it take until the staffing reports are updated (on CCS) to show who is moving in, and who is moving out?

There's usually a "staffing summary" that breaks down the bid result by BES on the flight ops page. Look under the staffing tab.

Don't know if it's there yet though...
