The career progression profile? It's a summary of your quals, hours, and your target airlines.

You need an ALPA sign-in to fill it out and submit it.

i'm wondering about this also. I'm sponsored and I received an email from ALPA. there were no instructions for going to a website for a career progression profile though. does this happen closer to the webinar date?

The career progression profile is for people signing up for the "Fee-For-Departure" webinar for ALPA regional pilots. I think you guys are talking about the "Friends and Family" webinar which is a different process--attendees don't have to be ALPA and don't have to fill out a profile, they just need a United pilot to sponsor them, as far as I know.
