Not from my perspective. Four great mil peers have been hired by us in the last 6-9 months.

Sorry if this has already been asked. Should you select yes to the addendum question "have you ever interviewed w/ united" if you failed the hogan previously?

Does anyone think Flight Ops actually runs Flight Ops?

Pretty sure it's a significant portion of the selection process and if you fail it twice you're done. The guy has got a reasonable question there. Hope he gets a solid answer.

The guy never interviewed. He didn't put on a suit and actually meet people at UAL.

The answer is a SOLID NO.

I guess that's a good thing. Strange to think that a candidate can fail the Hogan twice and be banned for life from United with out technically interviewing.

Just for clarity, do you know that for sure? Because it is a part of the interview selection process. I would hate for him to put no when he should have said yes and then they say he was dishonest.

And this folks, is how pilots overthink things and "fail" the hogan.

Answer the question asked and not extrapolate into the one you think "they" might be asking.

If you are unsure about anything on the application I would recommend reaching out to United directly. Any form-filling answers on here are pure conjecture! Good luck.
