For the life of me I don’t understand this. It’s either UPS is so arrogant that they think they don’t need to be receiving a constant influx of fresh apps or too stupid to think they have enough applicants in their database. Granted, hiring 300-400 a year is a much different proposition than 2,000, you can afford to be more selective, but still, having more options is better than less.

Is a locked application a bad sign?
My UPS application was locked at the end of February, but I still haven't heard back from anyone. I'm starting to feel like a locked application is a bad sign. Anyone else in the same boat?

As you probably already know, locked simply means a human being has or will soon look at it. It comes with no guarantees. It may mean that they have pulled your app, like it, and will call tomorrow. Conversely, they may have pulled your app, not liked it and forgot to unlock it when they finished grading your app.
