That's because you have not spoken to me. 😁 Perhaps in that sales job road show they can explain why article 13 was dumped at the end. Video 2 was basically most of the things I expected out of this turd.

If you feel the need to attend a roadshow because you have further questions that can't be addressed as FAQ or because you don't understand the videos, feel free to attend. I don't need to do that.

Shaggy,

Not sure what your representative group is, but I haven't seen a NO vote yet in the SDF sort this week. Maybe you're hanging out somewhere else...

If you're smart, attend the sales job. I personally have submitted questions that were not answered. I know many others have submitted the same questions and still no answers.

No sample bid packs. Pathetic article 13 and yet guys want to sign up for another 10 years of this crap. Just pathetic.

Heavyjet,

What questions do you have besides the rhetorical ones?

Yes. There is a Major Love fest going on at the B & G. One has to look at the players there. It's the same 20 posters. Over and over. And if one says anything negative towards the TA or the EB, one is tar and feathered in a New York minute there.

It is Sad, that so many of the FUPM and Drain the Swamp of the NURPS are the first to make out with each other about how good this Crap TA is.

I could list everything that is so weak about this TA, but it would be pages long.

And all they say over on the B & G is about the NMB putting us on ICE. So be it. Even though I think it is all lies from the NMB to get an agreement. The NMB cannot silence a labor group. That is inviting a lawsuit.

Sadly, the lambs will all Vote yes since the EB says so. It will pass 70/30

Commando...

How about a top ten of your biggest gripes about the TA? Have you submitted any of your concerns/questions to the FAQ board?

I don't think this is a done deal yet, lots of people starting to voice concerns about this TA as more and more of the facts are coming out. However the love fest on the BG will continue with doubt.

Shaggy,

What facts are you referring to that are "coming out"? I review the FAQs on a daily basis to see what has been asked and how it is answered...from what I've seen, there are no real surprises. You (and Commando) seem to infer that there are numerous "givebacks" in article 13 that outweigh the obvious gains. What are they?

My concerns are not just Art. 13. But Art. 1, Art. 5, etc. You wanted my Top ten areas that are Weak. It is a waste of time really. This TA is gong to pass since everyone "thinks" the NMB is the all and powerful and tells the truth. And the EB endorsed it. Which is so crazy. Of course they are going to endorse their baby! UPS and the NMB would not let them leave the table until they received assurance that the EB was on board. I'm really disappointed that the EB brought us an Avg. TA. They had the backing to do so much better.

Article 1..really??...You think we gave back on scope? Hotels and catering is your second deficiency? I was looking for some real meat here in your complaints. Scope is tightened significantly with common carriage restrictions and we get back the TLV flying that has been gone for ages.

I agree the TA will pass, but I'm not so sure about the backing to do much better. All the EB asked was to wear a vest and a lanyard and probably 25-30% couldn't even figure that out. And open time pickup and JA pickup never stopped...

In the world of RLA, the NMB IS "all powerful"...they told us no release and I tend to believe BT and the negotiating team. After 5 years of dealing with psychopaths whose only concern is the stock price, I think the EB/NC did amazingly well. You look at what we didn't get...I look at the gains we made and the footholds for the next contract.
