What are the quals of the part 91 / 135 folks getting hired? Flight time?

Received an email from the recruiter I spoke with at a job fair, wanting to talk on the phone in a week. I assume its the phone interview portion.
4 year 91 guy here so I will really need to sell myself to brown reading the previous post.
Before 91, was ex-121 FO and 135
8700TT, 3500PIC, 1300TPIC, 1 internal rec

Does working at UPS on the ground side make it any easier to get an interview on the pilot side?

My class had 3 or 4 guys who had loaded trucks during college... They all said it carried some weight in the process. I remember one big wig actually making mention of it during new-hire orientation.
