I sure hope you guys get a contract like that and sure hope I get the chance to join the ranks and am on property when it happens cuz you can bet the number of folks applying will go through the roof if it does happen!

Unfortunately, our management team thinks "NetJets is the best job in aviation."

They like tell us we should be lucky to work here because they have over 1,000 applications on file. Yes that number is 1,000 apps while the legacys have over 10,000 apps on file.

You can't make this stuff up.

Thank you for the post. I hope your hired and can join us in the battle. I still believe that with the right unity, we can make this place a great career. If there is any questions you may have about NetJets (or help with the interview process), don't hesitate to ask.

I'm a 121 guy with previous private air charter experience in Asia.

Was curious and interested to apply at NetJets in the future. But wasn't sure what was the difference between 18 day fixed, 15 day flex and 7 on 7 off was. Couldn't find much detail except that the last one is work seven days and you get seven days off.

And is a US Passport Mandatory, or one who is a Permanent Resident get a job with NetJets too?

Anyone care to share some detail, would appreciate it. Also, what are the soft pay in the contracts, as mentioned by few here on APC?

And is the pay numbers accurate as mentioned on APC?

Thank you.

It is this type of attitude that is needed to make NetJets a career destination, and both the company and it's employees can make lots of money. I love it!

SWA + 1 sounds good to me! You guys deserve it. In all seriousness though, what has been the response of the company to this? Trying to asses the reality of that large of a pay increase. Not flaming, I'm seriously interested. Thanks all, again, you deserve the increase for sure!!!

I interviewed back in early Jan ( actually the first class off the street to interview), and I did not get chosen to join the NetJet team. But I will say the one thing that concerned me about coming to NetJets was the pay ( maybe they could read that when I interviewed, or maybe i just dropped the ball and that is why I did not get chosen). You all fly around some of the wealthiest people. You deserve to be compensated for it. I am rooting for you guys to get a contract you deserve. Whoever said SWA +1% in my opinion you deserve atleast that. Good luck guys and gals!!
