You will be asked "why" Frontier no less than 5 times.. Take your time in the panel interview. Especially with the technical questions. Be yourself and have fun. The TBI is only 7 minutes, divert quickly and hold away from the WX do not allow the distractions to waste your time or fuel considerations. Be decisive use CRM but do not rush.
Keep in mind that the cabin attendants are professionals and delegate accordingly.
There is a training contract , $17k.
For me, they did me a favor and sent me along my way. It gives me much more clarity as to what I want.
I will say however, that everyone is very, very nice.
At the end of the day, if they call your name in the breakroom, your not hired.

Honestly, the interview may be a bit stressful, but you will be treated very professionally and you'll meet some extremely nice people. Enjoy the experience, and don't focus on the minutia. Obviously, know your ****...basic atp regs, current aircraft, simple mental math, etc. Temper your desire to work for the big three (seriously if you're interviewing at F9 and you say you don't want to, you're lying or stupid), and for a few hours make Frontier your #1. Have some good stories to share and be personable, likable, and genuine. Our interview team is skilled at sniffing out bs, so an "I'm not sure" answer will be respected.
I'll say it again...professional, knowledgeable, and likable. That's what will get you hired. Leave your phone off, talk to everyone in your interview group, engage all the interviewers with conversation. Don't be seen sitting in the corner by yourself, looking at your phone, etc.
It's not rocket science to get hired, just people science.
Good luck guys.

That's funny. 1 of the 2 chosen was on his phone all day. He started the "hang out" with "what's the wifi password?" out loud to anyone who would answer as he held his iPad.

So much for tact. Inexplicable Second time I heard this story. Got to be salt on the wounds to the other 85% that didn't get the nod. Apparently the faux pas that are driven into our heads are not necessarily deal breakers. Maybe he's Franke's nephew.
