Exactly. So there’s no way the average is over 100 hours. I’d say more like 75-85, possibly up to 90 if we are really short staffed and really flying a lot. Air Wisconsin is perpetually short staffed but we aren’t flying a lot.

Just looking for some advice here, I’m a CJO without atp from last year, should I wait it out for air Wisconsin to offer the ATP/CTP program or get my written on my own? I heard they are saying a few months Before they resume the course

do you have another job now? can you financially afford to wait a few months? The size of the bucket with ATP candidates looking for a regional job isn’t huge. If you need the job NOW and have a few grand laying around pay, if not in a few months the regionals will al be paying for ATP CTP again

Or just apply elsewhere if you haven’t already? Everyone else is paying for ATP-CTP except ZW

Commutair I don't think has paid anyone's CTP (who didn't have a CJO for 2020) since they started hitting again. Plenty of expressjet applicants and even a few who came back from abroad.

I think PSA and Skywest might have but they were cadets they contractually had to give offers too.

I'm also curious to know how things are going and whether they've told you where sims will be taking place and the overall training footprint.

Not sure about the new hire footprint, but sims are in ATL.
