I think it would be any base bid after the SLI is implemented. As long as jo other restrictions are applied.

Assuming no fences. You can expect the company to dangle a carrot to implement some sort of fence. It will probably pass too because I assume the majority don’t want to move down any lower in base.

So one more wedge to divide the group.

They’ll throw a fence up that’ll last until the next merger. Bean counters really make the rules!

Divide and conquer. No bump, no flush would be the minimum acceptable. That said, the Company would most likely prefer a fence to minimize training events.

That fence should be an integral part of the SLI.

A fence between the 737 and A320? I'm not an airline merger historian, but I can't imagine any pilot group spent time trying to set one up to protect narrow body flying.

It may have been a non issue, if both sides were growing. But That is not the case. One is growing while the other is shrinking.

That ship has sailed as far as the company having any say goes.

Next question, when does the seattle bus base open? Since it's going to be going more north/south. AKA the new MD80.

I heard from a buddy that management has said that Virgin pilots need to wear the Alaska uniform by Aug. 1st, but there is no need to wear the hat. Only legacy AS pilots are required to wear the hat.

I’m no expert, but that neither sounds uniform or constructive to unity/team building.

Two pilot groups. Two sets of rules. So dumb...

They are calling it a “transition uniform” before we all wear the brown shoes in January. Ease VX in I guess.

And just a casual observation here but I see less then half of the legacy AS pilot wearing hats. Maybe slightly higher percentage in SEA.
