I guess that is the maximum the company can give us option A guys. Every company has some angles to take advantage of, every company has some things people want to change, even Delta. I averaged 14.6 days a month off and yes I love living and being based in Seattle. I have 23 years left and I could honestly retire tomorrow, thanks in no small part to this 💩 crappie company you all call a super west coast regional, “Alaska Airlines”. Move on or stay, I don’t care but I bet either way things will shake out just fine. Merry Christmas and grow up! All you Delta pukes you are awesome. When I retire I will get 108% of my highest five years if I go to 65... I know you guys will all get that too.

Confirmed troll.

It’s not the normal average guy making 378k. You have to work yourself a lot to get that. Premium pickups, flying over vacation, etc etc. Then yeah you can make that much but the comparison was for the average line holder. Delta guys who do what you do make 500k+

Stop trolling. What are you serving for dinner and drinks on your boat? And are we invited?

Lots of DL guys thought they were going to get a pension as well.

The boats resting at SYC until May 4th. I am on a trip like most of you. Yes, I worked hard last year, but not really that hard. My bet is if I was a commuter I would have made 80k less. My point is, you all have great jobs... there are people with real problems. 2019 looks like a slightly down year seniority wise. But things will pick up, if you stay you will upgrade pretty quick. It’s just not that bad here. If we grow and do well in 2020 you just might have a similar career to your buddies at Delta. I have a couple of friends over there, neither of them even have a boat 😱. But they are doing just fine. And so will all of you. Stay or go you will all be just fine. Just grow up and quit crying! This is not 2002!

Thanks for thinking of me...pension laws have changed since DAL went into bankruptcy. The company did a great job of scaring everyone out of the pension, I bet I will be ok!

Normal to make 378k... maybe maybe not I bet more then 350 AS Captains made 370k or more with their 401k. We are a hard working group. Work hard play harder!

Straight to “the sinister triple dog dare”, I will leave before 65 don’t worry

Haha! Man, I have to chuckle at the typical message board mentality of shouting down anyone who dares say they're happy with their lot in life.

Heathen! Company Troll!! How dare you say that you are happy!! Burn him at the stake!

LOL!!

It’s actually kind of sad. When I read this thread it shows me it shows how blind the super senior are to the quality of life of lowest of the low. Those at the very bottom of the list such as myself. I won’t get into specifics as I’m still on “parole”. Also, I don’t care to discuss the cost of living differences between now and when someone was hired twenty years ago. It’s like we work at two entirely separate airlines and live in completely different cities.

How will people upgrade quick? That’s a lie, there’s no growth and only about 50 retirees per year
