Well if we are being fair, it would have been impossible to predict a pandemic. There will still be a 737 base in LAX though... that is something.

Looked like about 203 CA positions in SFO on the 320 for the same time period, if that info helps anyone.

I thought they said LAX airbus would eventually close two bids ago.

In Feb they had said they would close LAX 320 and have it shut by Dec 2021. It wouldn’t be surprising if Covid moves up the timeline a bit. So this isn’t really any breaking news.

Hope your right, they dove in today, pretty embarrassing if you ask me... hopeful you are right though... I guess my perspective would be different if I was a 2700 or higher. I will save my judgement for the final outcome!
Unlike you Kotzy, Last time we furloughed, I dropped 3 grand in the furloughed-pilots fund and took 3 years off so that a junior FO could stay....Remind me how much premium you picked up between Jan 1, 2009 and Jan 1, 2012. If we only furlough 385 this time around that will be a flippin miracle.....Save the fishin’ for your pretty boat with your pretty friends and leave the actual work to those of us that know what it is......I can think of 50 to 75 of you putzes off the top of my head that have populated the SEA Boeing program....Who cares who you really are because the lot of you are all alike....You accuse a bunch of pilots who you have never met and know nothing about of stirring up 💩.....It is all of you pathetic, khaki-clad Seattlites that have made this place a 22 year grind....Grow up little boy or go home to momma....Putz

If we don’t furlough a single pilot this time around, that would be a miracle, but that is what was being sold for more then 75 days. “Company hasn’t even mentioned furlough”, this is a “Short term event and the company will not furlough for a short term event.” You go do the heavy lifting, I will leave you guys alone, that wasn’t really transparent though was it... I wrote a nice check in 2009 too, the only premium I flew ‘09-‘12, were re-assignments in base.

No need to take your toys and go home mad.....Just lay off the sophomoric Angry 8 horse💩.....And lay off the Ford and Harrison horse💩......You and I and the rest of us that have been here all this long have needed a good hard kick in the stones for rolling on our backs like so many golden retrievers every single time angle-alpa-lake asked us to....The merger with Virgin America, a healthy dose of skepticism from the Airbus side and the rise of some good honest hard working Union leaders is providing us with that. Be grateful to them, help them....But lay off the 2nd floor moronic chant. I might punch you in the mouth but you are still my union brother and like all brothers I still have to live with you and pick you upoff the ground if need be💪👊
