It doesn't drive me insane; it doesn't drive me anything. This is how narcissists think, dude, you think everyone A) cares what you think and B) thinks about you as much as you think about you. Everyone just comments, laughs, then moves on, except for the FOs who have to endure you.

We all remember on JC the insufferable amount of complaining you did at Skywest but you can probably get away with gaslighting those on APC who weren't around for it. Hell, Skywest is hiring, go back there!

There are so many add ons to your property tax to pay for schools, open space etc. You can count on your property taxes going up every year. Sure it can't be adjusted to your home's value but it will go up. I'd encourage anyone to open up Zillow and check the housing prices anywhere remotely close to the airport and do some math. The rest of this post is just as false as what I've addressed. Other than the fact that most pilots at AS don't care that a lot of people will be displaced from their bases. Even though some were forced down to SFO on the last reduction bid. It's wild that the pilot group is cheering this on.
Nobody gets away with "paying for it" somehow. Everyone complains about CA tax, and I have my own issues with it, but property tax in many other "cheaper COL" states have higher property tax rates.

SAN is another expensive West Coast base that has cheaper surrounding suburbs. Its no different than SFO, PDX or SEA. There are tons of pilots who own 2 million+ homes in these domiciles and there are plenty of pilots who own 500k houses, a marginal drive away. There are 500k homes within a 45-minute drive from SFO. That is no different than SAN, SEA, and PDX.

You’ll never get through to people like him because every airline has that 1% of pilots who complain about literally every part of the airline. You have a better chance of converting people like that to a different religion or political stance in the cockpit. It’s never going to be okay unless you have C-Suite discussing every minute detail at the airline to, “How will this affect our bottom 10 captains in Seattle?”

It is the funniest of irony when he talks about negotiating capital being wasted on WB rates because he doesn't care about that, when he wants negotiating capital spent to make things better for people who take the first upgrade and cannot believe what life is like lol...

Especially when HA literally has a B scale for their cargo 330 pilots and UA and AA hit $500/hr in 2027. Widebody rates affect the top 20% of pilots on the merged SLI, but somehow people are awful for not considering the bottom 1% of CA reserves.

He lives in base, at the base, he will NEVER be displaced from in a million years. Yet his life is soooooo bad compared to those who have actually had to endure hardship in this industry. I am so freaking tired of the whinefest from him when thousands of pilots have had real freaking hardship in this industry. Such an entitled viewpoint.

It is going to be good flying at least. There is lots of Hawaii and Mexico from there, and several transcons. The sad part is how most of the SAN overnights for other bases will go away...

Wait I’m a narcissist but you’re constantly making stuff up about me. SkyWest had great coworkers, super good IT and the local base managers and training people did their best to make it a good place to work. I’ve never strayed from that.

You just can’t help lying to prove a point.
