I don't think it will have much impact at all. There are plenty of pilots here without a degree.

It helps, but not required. Delta and American seem to be the only place that still thinks having a 4 year makes someone a good pilot. It's comical.

No, as a matter of fact, I am unable to predict the future. You are though? That's great! Since this industry is apparently so predictable, tell me, what else should I know?

Do you have any idea how many current applicants have four year degrees or greater?

I don't think the big 3/SWA/FDX/UPS will be hurting for pilots anytime soon.
