AS will conduct two new hire pilot classes per month beginning July 17 continuing through the remainder of the year. I believe the next opportunity to meet with the recruiting team will be at Oshkosh in July followed by OBAP in early August and a FAPA.aero event in late August. Best of luck everyone!
Thanks!! Really appreciate this info.

Thank you for all the information! Do you know the approximate number of pilots per class?

It's a figure of speech, yo. It means I'm not interested in the DL stats. I'm SURE those who want to bail to DL are interested though. The sooner ya'll get those classes at Delta the sooner I can take your seat at AS.

I don't blame you for being thrilled to work with Alaska. It's a good company. But, You'd save yourself a year or two if you just went directly to another major (I know, I know, easier said than done). Plus you'd be above us all when we finally get the call. I know it's new and exciting, but you can polish a turd all you want, it's still a turd. It's better than a regional, but you're still gonna watch your peers pass you by at the "real majors" while you're at a glorified regional.
