I listened to an epidemiologist interviewed on the Rogan Podcast and my neighbor is an infectious disease specialist. They both say 70-150 million infected. They make no bones about it. This virus is going to enter your life. I learned years ago from a 9-11 furlough, have cash. I can go a year without a paycheck. Two if I sell some hard assets, and can retire if I sell my house. I’m 50, I’m calm, and I know how this business works in times like this. I suggest you take a hard look around and accept the gravity of the situation. Don’t panic, but deal with the cold hard truths with resolve and clear eyes. Don’t talk yourself into a “it’s all good” mentality.

You doubt those numbers and you’re a credible source because you got your Ph.d in epidemiology from Trump University or because you can fly an Airbus? You disagree with the CDC because...you can fly an ILS? The number of known infections went from 2000 this morning to 2800 tonight. Studies suggest this is 1000x more contagious than influenza. The “Herd” is going to sustain a ton of pain before this recedes. It’s not “all good”. It’s the worst situation I’ve seen in 25 years. Don’t deluded yourself. Commercial Aviation has a long hard slog ahead.

I’m hearing the exact opposite from my friends who are physicians, PA’s and nurses.
None of them seemed remotely concerned about their health despite being on the front lines. They are all very calm and wondering why everyone is hoarding and panicking.
They tell me about patients having panic attacks with no symptoms that indicate C-19. They simply can’t deal with the mass hysteria out there.
I’m not an expert but it seems like much ado about nothing.

The contagion rate is right around 2 times higher than the Flu!
The US added 52 new cases total today.
Not sure where you getting your info but you should stick with facts instead of your ‘doomsday prepper’ characters...

You are a little man, a coward, you have nothing because you have no common sense. In any foxhole on any front I would fight back to back with M-. You are afraid of me, I would crush you. You don’t have 1/10 what I have because you are an angry, bitter, middle aged man. Anytime, any day, bring it! My gate code is batman#. You would run, you are scared, you selfishly represent only your self!

The US is up to 3,000 confirmed cases. Up 100% from 5 days ago. And that's in spite of the critical lack of testing nationwide. You can scream until you're blue in the face that this isn't really happening, but honestly the virus doesn't give two craps about your opinion.
The funny thing is is that the deniers are going to be the first ones screaming for help when someone they know gets infected.
Whatever your source for info is, I would doubt it.
Here ya go. Track the numbers yourself.

I think that the health threat posed by the widespread infection of our population, while a cause for concern, will really only be a minor nuisance to most people, except for the aged and infirmed. This will turn out to be a storm in a tea cup COMPARED to the long term economic fall out that we'll experience as a result of the widespread pullback of so many of our important business sectors and the subsequent domino effect on virtually all others.
Cash flow is the lifeblood of all businesses and when revenue falls off a cliff, if you're not sitting on a pile of cash, or have access to a credit line, you will have trouble making payroll and paying for goods and services, etc.
We've had a great 10 year run, but we all know the music had to stop one way or another. If you did not/was not able to build up a solid Emergency Fund, you might be left without a chair.
The Real Winter is Coming....
