God forbid the NC give a counter proposal instead of just saying no and throwing a tantrum. It also doesn’t help when we have no real negotiators in the room. Why would we even consider hiring some consultants to run negotiations when we have these pilots that are experts at it…

But that's not going to happen. Its going to take as long as it takes. Maybe this year maybe never. I'll watch this place burn to the ground before I vote in a piece of trash.

Allegiant probably isn't the place for you. I get it though, you want them to just sign off on anything including the things they want to take away from us so you can collect your bonus and bail. I totally get it.

I’m in for the long haul. That being said both sides have to get their **** together. Company needs to figure out their future bc what’s currently taking place isn’t sustainable and the union has to start acting like a real union instead of romper room.
I can’t wait to be at the end of this year with no contract in sight and you continuing to support GU and his cronies

Once again Tommy boy doesn’t understand time value of money. Allegiant definitely is the place for you. You’re like the other 75% of this pilot group who just blindly trust these idiots negotiating for us. We could’ve had a half way decent contract 3 years ago and been negotiating the next go round but here we are 3 cycles behind everyone else.

Greg won't be here at the end of the year and there will be a new leadership voted in. But that isn't going to change anything with negotiations. We press on no different then today or 3 years ago. The pilots have turned in numerous surveys, nothing has changed. You want your bonus? You will probably have to stick it out a while longer, maybe even 2 years (or longer).

2 years or longer the retention bonus balance approaches half of the company's cash on hand - it's simply not payable in accordance with the LOA no matter what RH or GA or TH say - they're not paying it out one day & issuing a going concern warning the next. But of course we will not be rushed, it takes as long as it takes, we're gonna get those VPS guys their Sunday's off.....

All I can do is laugh at this point. Never seen a group so unwilling to help themselves.

the IBT doesn't want to get a deal done. if they were to do another survey, the results would be even worse for the union with even more complaints about why the union is dragging their feet and wasting any leverage we might have had.
