Don't know why everyone here is so up in arms about some fictional unicorn contract. If I was managment I'd send a LBFO with about a 20% pay cut and renege on the retention bonus, just claiming they're about to go out of buisness. With the way pilots are shooting approaches into PIE, everyone is about to find out how Allegiant is just ValuJet 2.0. But hey, maybe some one will buy you out after that SwampSeeker sale. Goodluck

If anyone thinks we're going to see anywhere near those Fedex mailer rates they're dreaming. We'll be lucky to see 20% at this point. Not as though we'll ever have any say as to when or if we can vote on something. We've lost all power as a pilot group. It's between the unelected union and company, we're just victims.

Can anybody think of how the teamsters could have made our position worse??? I seriously don’t see how we could be in a worse position than we are now.

teamsters will probably ask for delta + 10 rates and then blame Trump and union hating politicians for why they won’t release us.

I’m all for ALPA. There’s a concern that the retention bonus disappears if we change to ALPA. Idk if that’s the case or not. IIRC the company had a FAQ on the previous APLA drive and said that wasn’t the case.

Think about it - if "Agreements/LOA's/MOU's between the company & Teamsters are invalid", then that means our entire CBA also goes away?
Doesn't work that way.
