A year ago I would have told you that Allegiant and Frontier are apples to oranges financially… today? Not so much. Each day we wait is a step closer to “cost neutral”.

Just because I don’t raise my hand in a meeting doesn’t mean I’m not constantly calling them out on their bs

Isn't that how every company ideally works? Surpress rising costs? When you negotiate start with your low/high ball offer. Work your way to some sort of middle.

God knows what was really said. Or the context. The NDAs keep everyone’s lips from uttering the truth.

At this point those people are looking like they were way too optimistic. 2029 is a more realistic timeframe.

God I hope not but who knows with toonsters leading the way. It’s criminal what the company and toonsters have been doing to us.

(me taking victory lap…)

it was always gonna be at least 5-6 years for a contract. We are coming up on 4 years of negotiations.

the IBT is so stupid. They really don’t believe in the basic principle: time value of money.

JR is top of list for being egomaniac politician that just wants to get fat on our dues and never touch an airplane again. Still can’t believe he’s betrayed this pilot group. He had a chance to unite, instead he stabbed us in the back and our 401ks and wallets will feel that knife in our back for decades.

We definitely got played, missed one complete industry contract cycle, now maybe sailing toward rough waters economically. And Maury doesn't have a fleet of cheap paid-for MD-80's like 08-09.

A really smart guy I know, been here forever, said a year ago we would one day wish we'd just taken the FedEx mailer offer from 2+ years ago; we all laughed.....
