I didn't even get an email. I believe everything happens for a reason. The search continues

I chose not to do the company CBI survey.

And that's all I have to say about that.

Hi there, I am a First Officer with a regional operator about 2300TT/1700MEL and no turbine PIC, do i have a good shot for a interview even though I have no 121 PIC? I am single and willing to move to any base assigned if hired and have two internal recommendation letters from current captains at Allegiant. I do have plans to go the upcoming job fair in July but thought I get some feedback as I dont want to go and feel embarrassed as I have no 121 PIC. Thank you guys.

Yes you should go to the job fair and accept Allegiant as your savior with open arms...

CBI is a nice interface; that's not the issue. Problem is the in-house excel-based solver is not sophisticated enough and does not follow industry-standard long-established norms for generating seniority-based results. And the staffing is too low anyway to provide enough flexibility in the schedule.

CBI is not a nice interface. It's a Huffy bike with training wheels while our peers with real PBS systems are driving around in their Flica Porsches.

You are right though, the solver and staffing are the real problems.

The FAA has released Allegiant from the anti-growth shot therapy sessions and as per an upbeat letter from our COO; Allegiant is ready to grow, unrestricted. Hope that includes ipads soon

AND the letter was displayed at less than a 45 degree angle. Nailed it! Nothing can stop us now!
