Oil prices dropping like a rock and added Airbuses decrease fuel useage is a formula for a higher and higher stock price. Right now ALGT is at $227.52 and going up (if you bought in on the last employee stock offering you are almost up $100/share profit now btw). Get in on the party and make some money!

Website, mobile app malfunctions plague Allegiant Air | Las Vegas Review-Journal

She said the company has no reason to suspect that the website had been hacked. She said the website and app problems also are affecting the airline's call center, but that personnel can check in passengers at the airport and the airline can dispatch flights.

I'm going to say that most people would never have thought that they've been hacked. I'm going to say that most people would just think of this as business as usual at Allegiant. Just another day at the most profitable airline in America.

50th Airbus ordered, & #50 is coming from the factory...Hmmm...
Equipment Locks have to come down.
There's a lot of hate & discontent from guys hired into the 80 seeing jr guys upgrading in the Bus, especially with new bases opened-up. Don't Airlines normally drop fences & locks when new bases are opened? Several sr guys will be commuting to 80 bases when they could've upgraded or transferred home.

Remember there is no contract. The company can do what ever they want. If it benefits them they will drop the lock, if not then they keep the lock. Anyone interested in coming here needs to remember that. Unfortunetly it doesn't matter what other airlines do.

The email said they are purchasing it directly from Airbus. Didn't say it was coming from the factory. Probably getting it from their used plane lot. Scratch and dent discount.

So if you're 80 FO you can't upgrade to airbus? How long is the seat lock?

Our manuals say three years.

Verbally it's accepted at two years.

Can be (and has been) waived at company's discretion.

If that isn't a perfect window into so many aspects of our operations then I don't know what is.
