Same exact scenario that took place at Midwest. The feds had a beef with the way Midwest was conducting their training and started busting pilots. X Bone Said it, the pilots are the most convenient way of Imposing will while expressing disapproval. The feds are as ****ed off and tired of Allegiant as everyone else.

Where's the most up-to-date seniority list? The current one is 6 weeks old... I'm curious to see what attrition has looked like?

Does anyone have SA on expected equipment and bases for the November new hire class?

Can anyone shed any light on when a new contract could be in place? 1 year....2?

Lastly, if any Guard/Reserve guys working here can talk to working a part time mil job plus Allegiant I would like to hear your thoughts. Feel free to PM if able. Thanks all.

We recently took the Upgrade ground school from 3 days to two weeks, including one week of systems.

We also took the new hire systems from two weeks to one week, maybe that could partly explain the rash of oral failures.

Bottom line, if you're walking into our new hire ground school you better do so with eyes wide open. Get a couple good gouges and be prepared to walk into a type ride oral.

Gave new hires one less week of systems, great. A course they have never taught properly for new hires, and gave them one less week. No airline has perfect training; we probably have the highest level of “Testing” of any in our category.
