As I was getting ready to take my assessment , I got a email of NO THANK YOU from Allegiant. I am quite surprised and confused of what to believe, one day you send me the assessment and 2nd day you say No Thanks. It tells a lot about this airline and honestly they have lost their credibility in my eyes and I believe there below and low in standards compared to a regional airline. I am no longer interested in working for this kind of unprofessional airline.

Sounds like a blessing and you dodged a bullet! Many other choices out there....

Interesting.. I got the email for the assessment this morning, never took it, and within an hour or so of getting the assessment email, I got 3 separate interview invites.

I don't think I'll take it, It would be a 50% pay decrease for first year, commuting to a crappy 10 day off a month reserve schedule.

I would take it for the interview experience, always good to take the jitters out if you haven't interviewed in a while.

Sorry, calling BS on this. So you were considering it before, even with commuting on a 50% pay decrease? It's widely known this is not a commutable company but after putting in the work to apply now all of a sudden you're not interested because they sent 3 emails? That's some F'd up logic at best. I'm not judging the decision, just the road getting to it makes no sense.

At least you heard something from them! I was sent the assessment and was having technical difficulties with it so I emailed them. The next thing I know, I got an email inviting me for a phone interview. I had the phone interview and haven't heard anything since.

No, I didn't lose interest because of the 3 emails thats someone else.

I had my app in for a while, but just updated it and got the numerous emails. the app isn't exactly 'work'

Gotcha, it sounded like that I guess. No, compared to most it's not super complicated.

Good call. Waaaay too many quality employers out there competing for talent to be disrespected in the manner that G4 employees have grown accustomed to. It's a real mess, you're just getting a hint of it. The threads aren't lying.
