Guys here aren't even waiting for the legacies to call in many cases. 3 guys from my new hire class left for other low cost carriers within 6 months.
I'm seeing a slightly disturbing trend of newbs not wearing the lanyard. Still, 89% is pretty damn good. Problem is Maury doesn't give a sh!t what we think as long as there are bodies in the planes to make the trees get smaller and larger at the right time.

On a side not I did hear that folks are getting on the spot interviews after a quick meet and greet at job fairs. I was told they are sending them to the training center for a full blown interview from the job fair. Anyone confirm this?

I know his version of the story, and I know the real story. While I'm no fan of management at Allegiant, he had a lot of opportunities to succeed.
Agree 100%.

I can confirm 1 guy was hired at the FAPA fair today and heard there were a couple more.

Damn, that's crazy. Any idea what they are being offered for classes? This may be validating what I am hearing about ability to fill upcoming classes.

The guy didn't mention if he was offered a class, just that he was hired. A friend of a friend (take it for what it's worth) was in the last class and apparently quite a few no shows.
