Yes. Go to a roadshow and stop *****ing online. The language is being rewritten to add intent and for clarity.

Even that is subject to "interpretation."

Easy there killer. Un-bunch your panties. Not *****ing just saying until we see stronger language, intent doesn't matter. Not one grievance would be won by the union on a stance of intent. You have to have language, and now that it's being written to reflect intent we are safe.

What's this now? Are you saying there is a new TA coming out with new language? Or a letter of agreement? Please share what you know.

I'm not even getting into language about notification, reserve rules and ROE but this is just the big stuff.

Per Diem $2.20 moving to 2.50 by end of contract

Days off 13line/12 reserve, 4 single days off max

Max day 12 or 11 depending on start time any extension up to FAR 117 is add 3.5 hours

Min day 4.5 for single day, 5 for over nights

Duty rig 1:2

Deadhead 100% block time, not Google time

Open time 100%

Vacation years 9-15 = 28 15 days 15+ years = 35 days

Sick starts with 12 hours and 4/month total 600 with sell back option

401k 200% up to 5% match, DC 1% going to 5% by end of contract

Min Gaurantee 75 hours

Change to schedule after bid award = 150% credit if greater than original by 1 hour, 200% beyond 2 hours

Defined profit sharing

Allegiant university work = 1 hour pay

Paid as a captain after completing check ride

Long term disability for 60 months minimum

Hotels provide breakfast

No exceptions to three-star rule for hotels

Vacation hours equal three hours

Five days on two days off, no exceptions during training unless pilot waves it

Current date of signing pay rates but add 3% for each year and 5% each year after the amenable.

Before you respond, look at what Spirit, JB and Frontier have currently with old contracts and no contract. The current times we are in should be easy to be the leading LCC, or at least match what they have.
Nailed it.

NC is working on tightening up the language with management I've been told. We'll see if this is really the case. And if it is, shouldn't we see it before voting on it???

I would agree. We should delay a vote until any new information is presented and we have time to review it. If you are voting yes because of something you haven't read and are not sure will be out, but have been promised, I have some other stuff to sell ya.
