I asked this exact question during the phone interview and quoted the APC number of Dec 2014. I can't exactly remember the answer, but I think that was one of those Virtual Domiciles (could be naming that wrong) upgrade anomalies. The chief pilot (at least I think it was the chief pilot) chimed in and said to expect a 3 year upgrade dependent on your domicile. Some places upgrade quicker than others is what I got out of that answer.

Ok guys serious question. Only a hypothetical of course. What if the worse possible scenario for allegiant management occurs; nmb grants our unions proffer request. 30 day cooling off, we reject arbitration, not sayin that would happen.
We have a mandated system chief pilot required by faa regs, then we have all these enforcer types around the system, our base chiefs. If we were to lock out and strike, what would be the accepted protocol to be considered a scab? Who gets a pass?

Although I think each union shop can determine beforehand what they consider struck work.....they would be free to allow specific exceptions.....it would all be clearly spelled out what you can & cannot do.....

Unsecured Jet Bolts Under Heightened FAA Scrutiny at Allegiant - Bloomberg Business
Allegiant said in response to questions from Bloomberg that all its aircraft “were found to be in working order.”
By that time, mechanics had already come across two other jets with bolts in similar locations that weren’t properly locked in place, according to company repair logs obtained by Bloomberg. Later that month, they discovered another unsecured bolt on a third plane. While Allegiant says the fasteners weren’t on the same component that failed in Las Vegas, the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration says it is aware of the findings and has stepped up oversight of the airline.
“The FAA intensified its focus on the carrier’s flight operations and aircraft maintenance programs,” the agency said Oct. 15 in an e-mailed statement, without elaborating.
