The nice thing about being home every night is that you can bring your own food every day without too much trouble. Some do meal prep to eat healthy, others wrap leftovers in aluminum foil or take-out trays and heat them in the aircraft oven.

Not sure if you have heard, but we almost exclusively do day trips. Which at most are 4 legs. Most people seem to bring their lunch, which is actually nice compared to normal airlines where you either eat fast food constantly or haul food around for 4+ days. We also have working ovens on the plane and the FAs are usually happy to heat stuff up for you.
