Atlas. My first month off OE guarantees approx 17k on year 1 pay (my line guarantee is just over 145 hours). It would be 19k on year 2 pay. Not every month will be that productive, but 180k on year 2 pay is doable for now. With covid going away, this will likely be lower in the future.

Dera was with Envoy until very recently. He was, in fact, very pro-company (Envoy) early on and then slowly began to become more pragmatic about the company as time moved on.

Everyone is pro company early on. It's like relationships - it's always awesome early. "You hang up first." "No YOU hang up first!" Then a few years later you wonder how you could stand the crazy *****. 
But if you're lucky you eventually find one that's worth sticking around with for the long haul.
