Anyone recommending you internally will need to go to https://aa.pilotcredentials.com/recommendations and use the email associated with your app. For any other letters you can upload it in the same spot as your resume.

Ladies and gentlemen, we will be joined by greatness shortly. Aviation expert FlyingWithGarrett will be coming to mainline AA the 13th! Congrats on the invite! There's lots of gouges and feedback out there, one spot to look is Aviation Interviews. Good luck!
