There’s a big difference between “ODANs” and the proposed Split Duty Overnight trips as proposed in this AIP. I don’t expect either the “this sucks vote NO!!!!!” or “this is the best we could do recession tomorrow sky is falling!!!” crowds to acknowledge the difference, though.

Once language is complete it goes to the board. The earliest they can vote on it would be 7 days after that. Probably 30 days of road shows and a 30 day voting period. August 1 is the date in their mind for completion

If the rumors are true on pay, they probably ought to shorten it like Delta did, otherwise they are taking money out of the pilots pockets.

there’s no rumors on pay. It’s established 21/5/4/4/3.

they are also doing 21% for 3 months prior to signing so technically May 2nd effective date on back pay and you don’t loose money during this process.

the question is will there be any retro from Jan 1st 23 to May 2nd.

There is no question, it has been confirmed no retro for 1/23-4/23. They sold it for May pay raises.

Of course, but how many days can you call out sick before you start getting phone calls from your Chief? Some companies are naturally more strict about it than others. I personally prefer to not skirt that line of having to have conversations with my Chief about why I called out, all because it's impossible to drop trips.

Three days in, Delta's AIP thread back in December was at 40+ pages. Ours is at four. It's oddly quiet in here.
