i talked to a guy recently that called out 8 times in 2 months, dequaled, and heard zilch. I called 4 times in a month and a half and have zero contact.

For some perspective, Delta initially did not have any kind of back pay for 2023 until the Union and Company went back to the table post-AIP and settled an outstanding grievance in exchange for said retro. I'm sure I wasn't the only one who reached out to my reps at the time saying the lack of retro for those few months might be enough to swing the vote the other way.

Daily Open Time Coverage. It the period between 1000 and 1500, crew scheduling assigns all the open time for the following day to reserves or others.

This isn't necessarily true. The majority of the time, 320 FO's get abused on reserve. I have been bidding reserve on purpose the past few months because I'm pretty senior on LC and it's been working out OK for me, but every CA I fly with tells me their on their third or fourth FO on a 4-day trip. Half of the list this month has 60+ GTD hours and we've still got 8 days left. A fair amount of PM being given out. They wouldn't give it out if they had the reserves to do it.

What should really be interesting is the PM for reassignments. I've been reassigned twice this month so far.

Buddy from AA just sent me text saying you guys got an update from APA. 787 DOS pay rate year 12 $417.54, is this correct?

I actually went back and counted 42 PM sequences awarded between the 3rd of May and tomorrow for 320 FO's at my base. The month isn't over yet. That's quite a few.
