That's the existing structure at US. We've always had an EVP of Operations, then separate VPs of Flight Ops and Inflight who report to the EVP Ops. Currently at US, those positions are Bular, Hogg, and Adler. The same structure (with slightly different titles) is coming to the combined airline, with Campbell slated to be the top dog, Adler from US over inflight, and the flight ops postion TBA down the road.

With so much US senior management running the show, I think the "structure" of the management team will be very US-like. And the names are running 60-80% US people so far.

It remains to be seen how all this will work out, but thus far, no names that really frighten me among the management team.
