Meanwhile guys who got awarded the bus in January sit and get Bus pay on the 190 still. With how many guys jump from the 190 ASAP (ALL of them) they should just pay it better and it would reduce the training. Still can't figure this out. Half the list in April will be getting Bus pay anyways.
