American interviews and class dates

What kind of qualifications are folks getting the interviews with? I only have 200 TPIC and I'm wondering if this is the reason that I have not heard from AA or anyone else for that matter...

Applied when window opened back in Oct? Job fair in January. Video invite last week, no additions or changes from what bluelion posted. I felt very awkward recording the interview personally. Email requesting that I complete application today (SSN and date of birth). A couple hours later an email invite to interview in Dallas next week.
Many thanks to all for this thread and taking the time to post advice and encouragement. I have been a lurker on these threads but it has been appreciated!
Stats. Retired Navy. 3700 total. 3600 multi. 1800 PIC. Military IP. Staneval/NATOPs. School house instructor. Safety and Operations background. CFI. 700 hours currency in last year. No 121. One internal. BE300 type.
I personally think the job fair helped break me out. But I honestly don't know. Very excited about this opportunity.

congrats! that's awesome news. I know the line will be out the door at Women in Aviation for AA like it was last year for United. I'll be seeing the rest of the AA hopefuls there. we'll all be camping out together for a good spot in line
