MarineGrunt and p3gator - Congrats! Remember, if they invite you to the interview in DFW, it means they want you, and the job is yours to lose.

In other words, DO NOT be like the Broncos!

Hopefully not premature, but welcome to AA, and I hope more guys here get the invite soon.

It sounds like UAL, SWA and DL are on a pause for interviews for a while. I wonder if that's the same for AA? I applied towards the beginning of January, and haven't received any comm either way. My avail is still >8 months in the future and its tough to tell if that's a discriminator or not for an interview. For DL and UAL it doesn't appear to be...

I think the drop is at the end of day 2, at least that's how it went for my buddy who started 2 weeks ago. Hope the S80s to DFW continue!

Sounds like you and I are in the same boat. I am a September avail date. I haven't heard a peep from any of the above and I have friends with similar quals and time that are entertaining multiple offers from major airlines. Difference is they are available right now. I keep telling myself to be patient. It is hard to prepare for something so hard and so long and then sit on your hands with no real feedback as to why you are waiting.

Amen. I would love to be DFW based and I got flying new and shiny out of my system a long time ago.

I flew E-2s.

ANYTHING is new-er and shiny-er.

Does anyone have the breakdown on which aircraft are based in each domicile?

BOS - 737 D, 767 I
DCA - S80, 737 D
DFW - S80, 737 D/I, 767 D/I, 320 D/I, 777
LAX - S80, 737 D, 767 D/I, 320 D, 777
LGA - S80 737 D/I, 767 D/I, 320 D, 777
MIA - 737 D/I, 767 D/I, 777
ORD - S80, 737 D/I, 767 D/I, 777

767 D flying being reduced so it's subject to change. Same with S80 flying. Reductions in manning makes it tougher to bid into those seats.
