4 - TMAAT when you handled a non-safety related situation that would've normally been handled by someone with more authority, but no one was available.

5 - TMAAT when a colleague complained to you about a decision you or another colleague made. What did you do?

6 - What excites you about the opportunity to work for American Airlines?

Good luck to all!
Took the video interview. If the screen looks grainy when interviewing don't worry that's normal (called and asked about this) while I was taking my interview my screen timed out and I had to log back in to continue. don't worry, this happens too (according to help desk lady) and while I was interviewing I had to tap the screen from time to time to prevent the screen from timing out (this too is normal according to hr lady) got a few diff questions-

-what do you know about being an AA pilot, culture, company
-what are positives/negatives of being a pilot with AA
-they give you an approach brief, you write it down, and then brief it back to them
-when you are new to an organization, what do you do to learn your customers, coworkers and company?
- TMAAT you dealt with a delay or operational inconvenience to someone
- what do your family and friends say about you pursuing a job with AA

FAPA MIA job fair - "The questions are out there but they will change."

No guarantees that his questions will be your questions but it's a place to start.

AA's investor update SEC filing today also contained some additional information on the company's performance, and 2014 outlook. A few things I found notable:

* In 2014, regional capacity is projected to increase about 4.3% on a YOY basis, while mainline capacity is projected to increase about 3.4% (both pro-forma), with much of the net system capacity increase coming from international growth

* Mainline fleet set to grow by a net of 9 aircraft YOY by YE14, with that driven primarily by new 738/A319/A321 deliveries offsetting continuing MD80, A320, 757 and 734 retirements (734s scheduled to be all gone by Q2)

* AA's fleet plan shows 7 762s through YE14, reflecting that by mid-year only the PMUS 762s will be left

* First AA 787 deliveries are scheduled for Q4 - guess we'll be hearing more specifics about schedules and configuration by spring?

* Regional fleet reflects moderate Dash 8 attrition and continued drawdown of the EMB140 fleet, but offset by continued growth in the CR9 and E75 fleets, and stable ER4/CR2 fleets

Some 787 guidance is available. Two by end of 2014, operational in Jan/Feb 2015. 26 by end of 2016 (avg 1/month for 26 months).

I took the video interview today and can confirm that bluelion has the current questions.

Does anyone know the pass/fail rate of the video portion? Mine felt extremely awkward, so I'm nervous...

My two friends took it, they felt awkward talking to themselves too, as did I. It took them almost exactly one week to hear back and get the invite to DFW. Based on my research it seems like almost everybody has made it to DFW. My two friends made it. I still haven't heard back- hasn't been a week though. I will post when I find out- either way. I encourage others to do the same , so we can help each other out! God knows how hard it is to land one of these interviews so I am all about the good gouge and paying it forward!

Good luck guys! Hope you all get the call to hed on down to "Big D".

AAL (the stock) has really boomed the last month or so. It's hovering around $31 right now. This is a two-edged sword for those of us in the equity payout deal. Our first batch of shares was delivered December, so those shares are doing great. But about 90 days from now, the rest of it gets to us, and since it is based upon a $$ amount, not a number of shares, we'll actually get fewer shares.

Leave it to AMR to figure out a way to deliver the least amount of anything to us.
