You guys are hilarious. I am starting to think you are Martzay, Fergzay, or Kunzay himself pumping sunshine for donations.

The West is arguing that USAPA will not be allowed to participate in MB once the APA is certified (see below) but at the same time you are claiming that APA will then establish a seat for the West to participate.... Ha, that is like LSD bro.

Leonidas Update...
- Judge Silver ruled that USAPA will not be allowed to participate in the seniority integration proceedings once the NMB certifies the APA as the exclusive bargaining agent.

Are you saying the apa can't appoint a west committee and let them participate if they so choose?

Not even a federal judge's ruling?

You do have access to it, right?

"In addition, the former America West pilots are not entitled to participate in the upcoming statutory procedure required for the integration of the US Airways and American Airline pilots."

So what? That ruling doesn't prevent the company and the apa from agreeing to include a west committee. Btw you do realize the company is still on the hook right?

Must be a slow day at the Leonidas donations collection center. The phone operators are filling all the dead time with surfing the net.

We aren't letting you get away with this. We might not win but we will fight you every step of the way, appeal to the 9th being prepared by both leonidas and company. Chew on that.

So, cutting through all the crap - what's the likely end result of this? The way I read it, USAPA gets to submit whatever list it wants to AA, and the west no longer has a voice. I'm guessing this will be DOH (??), but is there a possibility USAPA will staple the west to the bottom just to screw them as much as possible?

Most probable? IMHO, either a UAL/CAL type agreement ratified by all members, or a UAL/CAL type arbitration awarded. And Leonidas continues to exploit passionate donators for another 15 years, at an ever dwindling rate.
