If you have won so convincingly why do you care? The fact is the company wants the west at the table, the apa wants no liability and they will be our bargaining agent prior to MB. There is nothing stopping the apa from allowing the west it's own representation with the companies blessing.
The West is arguing that USAPA will not be allowed to participate in MB once the APA is certified (see below) but at the same time you are claiming that APA will then establish a seat for the West to participate.... Ha, that is like LSD bro.

Leonidas Update...
- Judge Silver ruled that USAPA will not be allowed to participate in the seniority integration proceedings once the NMB certifies the APA as the exclusive bargaining agent.

You guys are hilarious. I am starting to think you are Martzay, Fergzay, or Kunzay himself pumping sunshine for donations.

You do have access to it, right?

So what? That ruling doesn't prevent the company and the apa from agreeing to include a west committee. Btw you do realize the company is still on the hook right?

So, cutting through all the crap - what's the likely end result of this? The way I read it, USAPA gets to submit whatever list it wants to AA, and the west no longer has a voice. I'm guessing this will be DOH (??), but is there a possibility USAPA will staple the west to the bottom just to screw them as much as possible?

Most probable? IMHO, either a UAL/CAL type agreement ratified by all members, or a UAL/CAL type arbitration awarded. And Leonidas continues to exploit passionate donators for another 15 years, at an ever dwindling rate.
