Hey, if one is truly reached, great !
However, I can't take anything said by USAPA at face value. I'd need confirmation from other sources, so again until then, AFAIC there is nothing. USAPA also says they approved a revised MTA or something. That would require Parker as well and there's been nothing there and both would essentially mean USAPA is dropping their lawsuits, which then would lead one to wonder who caved on their position ?

BTW, the MTA they revised, was the UNION MTA. There is a difference. And the other document was a Global Settlement Agreement, and that may indeed mean their will be lawsuits withdrawn... Until we can see the actual documents, everything is just a guess...

No agreement was reached. All USAPA's update means is that the BPR reached agreement on a document to be sent to the APA to be considered. So USAPA agreed with itself to ask for something that will be shot down.

Please, let's not ruin the celebration of the east agreeing with the east about something totally irrelevant to the APA and American- it will just ruin the moment. Plus, the excitement in your eyes this week has been priceless!

So in essence, if accurate, then my initial impression was correct.

For what it's worth, USAPA didn't really make an announcement. What they did do was simply send out a recap of the BPR meeting, which they do after every BPR meeting. It included the resolutions that were voted on, including the resolution that led many people to question whether an actual protocol agreement had been reached. It also included, as it always does, the results of the vote. It did not include, as it generally does not, any explanation of what the resolutions actually mean in plain language, which is why it was unclear what the the actual significance was.
