It was very quick, as there were only 150 people in this job fair. Very small crowd as opposed to the usual 400-500.

My seniority number was in the mid 80's.
They opened the doors at noon.
By 12:15, they were already calling 1-50 numbers.
By 12:20, 1-100.
By 12:30, I had already talked to HR, and was on my way to catch a much earlier flight....

Allegiant and Atlas had the longest lines. (if we can call half a dozen people waiting a long line). A few regional booths had very few "wannabe" and the Asian airlines had absolutely none, to the point that one booth was not even manned after a while.

I would be curious to find out if they stayed open until 5PM, it moved so fast...

Dang. There was one years back before the "seniority system" existed and it was basically just Atlas and Spirit.

Wait times EXCEEDED 3 HOURS, for each one. Dudes waited in line for one, THEN went over to the other one. The lines extended out of conference room, through the long hallway, through the hotel lobby to the front desk almost.

Yeah, I attended the one in Chicago and it was rediculous. I remember being sick waiting in line and having to go vomit a couple of times. I'm sure I made a great impression when I got my 15 seconds with the HR rep.

I completed the Atlas test and passed, but how do you find out what you missed or answered correctly? Hopefully, I will get a phone call soon.

My friend that got hired got the call the next day. It took them about 3 months to call me, some people even longer. Don't give up hope, they're very busy right now with all the hiring! It showed my score but I don't think it gave me the option to go back and look at the wrong answers. Good luck!
